Abstract:
To provide a refrigeration and freeze control system enabling the long-term preservation without deteriorating the quality of a preservation object and performing the supercooling control or the maintenance of freshness by the control of the frequency range of electric field.
The refrigeration and freeze control system contains electrode modules 100a, 100b containing oppositely placed anode and cathode and an electric field applying module 200 to apply electric potential to the anode and the cathode to form an electric field having two or more frequency ranges between the anode and the cathode and control the frequency range of the electric potential applied to the electrodes.
