Abstract:
To expand an operation applicable range of a refrigeration system while avoiding liquid return to a compressor and abnormal overheating.SOLUTION: A refrigeration system related to one embodiment includes: a gas liquid separator having a gas phase part and a liquid phase part; an evaporator to which a refrigerant from the liquid phase part of the gas liquid separator is guided; a compressor for compressing the refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator; a first refrigerant flow passage connecting the evaporator with the compressor; a second refrigerant flow passage connecting the gas phase part of the gas liquid separator with the first refrigerant flow passage; a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the liquid phase part of the gas liquid separator and the refrigerant that has passed through the evaporator; a first expansion valve provided in the second refrigerant flow passage; a sensor for detecting pressure or a temperature correlated with an evaporation temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator; and a control section for performing opening control of the first expansion valve on the basis of target pressure of the gas liquid separator set on the basis of a detection result from the sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
