Title:
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM UTILIZING CAPILLARY TUBE/SUCTION LINE HEAT TRANSFER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04288454
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve a higher energy efficiency by supercooling by arranging a plurality of evaporators and one compressor unit.

CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant leaving a compressor 102 passes through a capillary tube 106 via a condenser 104 to evaporate in a first evaporator of a perishable chamber higher in temperature for yielding a cooling effect and then, the liquid separated from the gas by a phase separator 110 further passes through a capillary tube 122 to evaporate in a low temperature evaporator 124 for yielding a cooling effect while the gas enters a control unit 118 flowing via a tube 130 and then, is sucked by the compressor 102. The gas separated by the phase separator 110 enters a control unit 138 via a pressure sensor 138 through a tube 120. In this manner, higher efficiency of energy is accomplished using two kinds of evaporation temperature and further upgrading of the energy efficiency is made possible by thermal contact of the respective capillary tubes 106 and 122 with the suction tubes 130 and 120, which leads the cooling of the capillary tubes cooled to supercool the liquid in the capillary tubes under a low temperature of the suction tubes.
