PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which if a fan is constantly rotated for in a case of leakage of combustible refrigerant from a refrigeration system, an electric cost for driving the fan goes up and the service life of the motor is shortened.SOLUTION: When a refrigerant leakage sensor 44 detects the leakage of combustible refrigerant from refrigeration system, a fan is operated only for a predetermined time, for example, two hours, thereby saving an electric cost consumed by a motor for driving the fan and extending the service life of the motor.
