Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a refrigeration unit and a cooling storage that use a combustible refrigerant.SOLUTION: A refrigeration unit 2 disposed in a cooling storage R1 has a condenser 22 in which a refrigerant pipe 25 including a combustible refrigerant is exposed to outside. In the condenser 22, the refrigerant pipe 25 has a linear portion 25L and a bent portion 25B, and the bent portion 25B is disposed in a meandering manner to be exposed to outside. A shield wall 50 for regulating passage of gas is formed to opposed to the exposed bent portion 25B, and a sensor 60 capable of detecting the combustible refrigerant is mounted to a surface of the shield wall 50 opposing to the bent portion 25B. Due to this structure, if the combustible refrigerant is leaked from a boundary between the linear portion 25L and the bent portion 25B of the refrigerant pipe 25, the leakage can be detected promptly so as to cope with the leakage early. Preferably, the sensor 60 is mounted to a lower part of a vertical portion 51 of the shield wall 50 so that a detection opening 61 is oriented to the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
