Abstract:
To heighten safety of not to flash off a flammable cooling medium leaking into a semi-sealed space in a storage of goods, such as a vending machine.
When a fan 4 stops due to an electric failure of a vending machine when electricity is turned on in a heater 8, ventilation for the heater 8 stops, so that a surface temperature of the heating device 6 rises, a flammable cooling medium leaks from a cooling device 3 to a storage room 1, and the storage room 1 reaches a concentration of a flammable range of the flammable cooling medium. Even in that case, since the heating device 6 has a heat releasing plate fin 7, the heating device 6 does not become an ignition source to ignite the medium and a safe operation is attained.
