Abstract:
To improve efficiency of power conversion in a full range from light load up to heavy load in a refrigerator, using a switching power supply that supplies the required DC power by switching.
A switching frequency changeover circuit 13 is provided, that changes over the frequency of a switching element 4. By changing over the switching frequency to match the timing of the operation and stop page of a compressor 11 or a motor load 8, switching loss is reduced, and the efficiency of power conversion is improved.
