PURPOSE: To improve efficiency and reliability of a device, by providing a temperature sensor, detecting temperature of a compressor, to a case of the compressor, operating a blower at said temperature at least a certain level while stopping the blow at the temperature not higher than said level.

CONSTITUTION: A blower device 20 is arranged in a same space as a compressor 1, and a temperature sensor 31 is mounted onto a case of the compressor 1, then a signal from said temperature sensor 31 is transmitted to the blower device 20 through a signal transmission 33. The blower device 20 is constituted such that the blower is operated for measured temperature by the temperature sensor 31 at least a certain level while stopped for the temperature not higher than said level. In this way, cooling is performed only when the case of the compressor 1 is at temperature higher than a certain level, then cooling power can be increased, and the blower device 20 is stopped at low case temperature of the compressor 1 to prevent overcooling of the compressor and perform energy saving.
