PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerator having a structure in which the manufacture and execution of the refrigerator itself can be rationally and simply conducted and a method for manufacturing the same.

CONSTITUTION: As shown in Figs. (a), (b), a compressor 2, a condenser 3, an evaporator 4, a tube 5 and a pressure reducing mechanism 6 are arranged on a common trestle 1 to complete the mechanism of a refrigerating cycle. Then, as shown in Fig. (c), control electric components 7 are arranged on the trestle 1, and the mechanism of the cycle and the components 7 are necessarily wired. Thereafter, as shown in Fig. (d), an exterior cabinet 8 is mounted on the trestle 1 as the final stage. Thus, maintenance after the execution can be easily carried out.
