To enable quick uniformization of the temperature in a storage by a method wherein a housing having a guide passage for guiding cool air to a refrigeration compartment and a cool air passage to downwardly guide the cool air is arranged on one side of the refrigeration compartment, and a number of discharging apertures are formed in the housing to disperse the cool air above and below or on the right and on the left of the refrigeration compartment.
A housing having a cool air passage extending longitudinally and with a number of discharge apertures formed being opened in the cool air passage is provided on a rear wall of a refrigeration compartment 3. Cool air produced from an evaporator 12 is introduced into the cool air passage through a guide path to be dispersed into the refrigeration compartment 3 from the discharging apertures. In this process, the upper part of the housing 17 is positioned right behind a third chamber 9 at an upper part in the refrigeration compartment 3, and the remaining parts thereof are arranged being positioned right behind the refrigeration compartment 3 between the third chamber 9 and a vegetable chamber 10. A cool air discharge adjusting plate is detachably provided on a front plate of the housing 17 and rotated by a drive motor to disperse the cold air discharged from the discharging apertures vertically and horizontally.
