Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator which can minimize influence caused by adsorbent materials on heat insulation properties of a heat insulation box body while maintaining a degree of vacuum of a vacuum heat insulation panel for a long time by providing the adsorbent materials within the vacuum heat insulation panel.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes a heat insulation box body having heat insulating properties and including a storage chamber therein. At least one of heat insulation walls, forming a side surface and a back surface, of heat insulation walls forming the heat insulation box body is formed with a vacuum heat insulation panel provided between an inner plate and an outer plate. The vacuum heat insulation panel has: an outer packaging material forming an outer shell of the vacuum heat insulation panel; a core material enclosed in the outer packaging material; and adsorbing materials having characteristics that adsorb a gas component and provided at an area, in which influence of the heat insulation properties on cooling in the refrigerator is small, of the entire vacuum heat insulation panel or an area, in which the heat insulation properties are inferior, of the entire vacuum heat insulation panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
