To stop water supply during the rise of temperature of a refrigerating chamber and suppress the increase in interior load in an automatic ice making device for automatically making ice of various kinds of electric refrigerators and solve a disadvantage that if the temperature of an ice making completion detecting thermistor reaches ice separating temperature even when the temperature of the refrigerating chamber rises, an ice separating operation is carried out to supply water, and accordingly, the load of the refrigerating chamber increases and the rise of temperature increases to give adverse effect to food.
The refrigerator with the automatic ice making device comprises a first interior temperature deciding means 34. When the temperature of the refrigerating chamber reaches a set temperature or higher, a water supply operation is made to wait for by the first interior temperature deciding means 34 even when receiving a water supply command. Thus, the interior load is not increased during the rise of the temperature of the refrigerating chamber to suppress the rise of temperature.
