To provide a refrigerator having a cold air distributor for dispersing cold air in a horizontal direction.

Many flat plate-like horizontal distribution blades 33 disposed parallel to each other along a vertical axis are provided in a duct of a cold storage chamber. Rotary shafts 31 of the blades 33 are coupled to an interlocking member 53. The member 53 is reciprocated in a predetermined range at the time of rotating a driving motor 35. Thus, the blades 33 are swung in a predetermined angle range. Cold air flowing into the duct is dispersed in a horizontal direction by the blades 33, and exhausted, thereby maintaining temperature in the chamber uniform. Since the blades 33 are swung, a cold air dispersing efficiency is enhanced.
