This compsn. contains a lube base oil (A) mainly comprising a cyclic ketal or acetal, an acidic phosphoric ester (B) represented by formula I and/or formula II (wherein X1, X2, and X5 are each a 2-4C alkylene; X3, X4, and X6 are each H, a 1-18C alkyl, a haloalkyl, a 2-18C alkenyl, a 6-18C aryl, a haloaryl, or an aralkyl; X7 is the same as X6 except H; and (p), (q), and (r) are each 0-30), an amine compd. (C) represented by formula III (wherein X8 to X11 are each the same as X6 except the halogenated groups; X12 is the same as X5; and (m) is 0-4), and a hydrofluorocarbon (D). The sum of amts. of components B and C contained is 0.05-5wt.% of component A. The ratio of the amt. of component D contained to the sum of amts. of components A, B, and C (a lubricant compsn.) is (50:1)-(1:20).
