To provide a refrigerator having two-stage compression type compressor and two evaporators, capable of sufficiently heating a low pressure suction pipe 118.
A refrigerant discharged from the high-pressure side discharge port of a two-stage compression type compressor 12 is fed to a vapor-liquid separator 20 via a condenser 14, a high-pressure side capillary tube 16 and an R evaporator 18. A gas refrigerator separated in the separator 20 is sucked from an intermediate pressure side suction port of the compressor 12 via an intermediate pressure suction pipe 22. A similarly separated liquid refrigerant is sucked from a low pressure side suction port of a two-stage compression type compressor 10 via a low pressure side capillary tube 24, an F evaporator 26 and a low-pressure suction pipe 28. The refrigerant is heat exchanged between the tube 16 and the pipe 28. Furthermore, refrigerant is not subjected to heat exchange between the tube 16 and the pipe 22.
