Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator capable of making tasteful ice cream.
The refrigerator has a constitution equipped with a forced air-blower 23 capable of forcibly blowing up indoor cooling air when making the ice cream 11 at a lower face of quick freezing plate 21 formed with a material of heat conductivity 0.1 to 10 W/mK for placing a container 10 formed with a material of a high heat conductivity which stores the ice cream 11. Otherwise, as the refrigerator has a refrigerant pipe 26 built in which is tightly stuck to a lower face, freezing area passing speed 0.1°C/min can be realized and thus ice crystal size becomes equal to or smaller than 55 μm to be able to realize smooth palatability.
