This refrigerator comprises a control means for controlling an electric heater 13 as a heating means in a temperature switching chamber 6 for switching temperature sections in the refrigerator to a vegetable compartment temperature of 6°C, a refrigerating temperature of 3°C, a storing aging temperature of -1C° to -2°C, a partial temperature of -3°C, a chilled temperature of 0°C, and a keep-warm temperature of 60°C to 80°C, and has a warm keeping function controlled at 60°C to 80°C for a specific time, thus a new cooking method capable of improving infiltration of the seasoning liquid into a food material, and promoting increase of nutrients, can be provided.
