To provide a refrigerator capable of suppressing deformation of a storage container and a partitioning plate without reducing a capacity of a refrigerating compartment, even when the total length in the width direction of the storage container is extended.
The storage container 30 disposed in the refrigerating compartment 12 movably back and forth, is supported by slide rails 34 at both end portions in the width direction. A roller 36 fitted to a rail groove 42 of the partitioning plate 40 is disposed on a bottom portion 31 of the storage container 30. Thus, the bottom portion 31 of the storage container 30 is supported by the roller 36, and the deformation of the bottom portion 31 can be reduced. The partitioning plate 40 is kept into contact with the roller 36 at the rail groove 42, and a longitudinal partitioning member 41 is disposed at a lower part of the rail groove 42. Since the bottom portion 31 of the storage container 30 is supported by the roller 36, its deformation can be reduced, and further as the partitioning plate 40 kept into contact with the roller 36 is supported by the longitudinal partitioning member 41 disposed at the lower part, its deformation can be reduced.
