PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having improved user-friendliness.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a dispenser control panel 3 displaying and operating setting of a dispenser part 2; an in-box setting control panel 5 displaying and operating setting of a storage chamber; and a human detection means 4 detecting that a person exists at a predetermined distance on the front face of a refrigerator body 1. When a person is detected by the human detection means 4, the refrigerator performs lighting display of the dispenser control panel 3 with illumination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
