Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that can downsize the space occupied by a machine chamber and upsize the space of a housing part near the machine chamber.SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 comprises a refrigeration cycle 30 including a compressor 40, a condenser 42, and an evaporator 48, and comprises a machine chamber 35, and a freezing chamber 15 serving as a housing part consisting of a heat insulating wall adjacent to the machine chamber 35. The compressor 40 and the condenser 42 are arranged in the machine chamber 35. The compressor 40 is a rotary compressor. The size of the rotary compressor is smaller than the size of the condenser 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
