Abstract:
To improve refrigeration cycle efficiency by reducing influence of air remaining in a refrigeration system piping, and as a result, improve energy saving performance.SOLUTION: A refrigerator is provided with a refrigeration cycle including at least a performance variable compressor, an expansion valve and a compressor, controls a dry quantity of the outlet of the condenser by a throttle quantity of the expansion valve, and disposes a gas receiver in the upstream of the expansion valve. This results in that an influence on temperature slide at the outlet of the condenser due to the remaining air can be suppressed, so that a refrigerator having high energy saving performance can be obtained by improvement in the refrigeration cycle efficiency. In addition, the influence of the remaining air influencing the refrigeration cycle can be suppressed, so that the expansion valve can be more accurately controlled and also reduction in durability of the compressor can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
