To provide a refrigerator which enables quick cooling of foods or a pot after cooking in a cold temperature zone, and subsequent storage in a cold temperature.SOLUTION: A cold storage unit 60 mounted with a cold storage material 65 frozen in a cold room 14 is provided in the cold room, enabling quick cooling of an object 70, such as a pan or kettle with a high temperature, by means of an effect of the cold storage material 65.
