Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator suppressing a decline in the cooling efficiency thereof due to the flow of refrigerant into a hot gas bypass pipe.SOLUTION: The refrigerator comprises a cooling circuit which has a first flow path for circulating the refrigerant and to which a compressor compressing the refrigerant, a condenser condensing the refrigerant, a capillary tube expanding the refrigerant, and an evaporator evaporating the refrigerant are connected in this order, the cooling circuit comprises: a hot gas bypass pipe provided for configuring a second flow path in which the refrigerant compressed by the compressor flows from the downstream side of the compressor to the upstream side of the evaporator; and opening/closing means opening/closing the hot gas bypass pipe. The opening/closing means allows the refrigerant delivered from the compressor to flow into the first flow path or the second flow path, and the end on the downstream side of the hot gas bypass pipe is connected from the vertical upper side to the first pipe which fluidically connects the downstream portion of the capillary tube to the upstream portion of the evaporator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
