Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator capable of saving energy.SOLUTION: A refrigerator according to the present disclosure comprises cooling means of cooling a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber, and a cold storage material. The refrigerator performs a cold storage operation for cooling the cold storage material, and a pre-cooling operation for cooling at least one of the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber to a temperature lower than normal time. Thereby, even when the compressor is stopped, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can be maintained at a substantially constant temperature due to a cooling ability of the cold storage material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
