Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: There are provided an aging chamber 102 formed separately in a refrigerator, a container 105 disposed in the aging chamber for rendering introduced food and drink to storage, aging, and fermentation, and high frequency induction heating means 104 for supplying heat by high frequency induction heating to the container.
