Abstract:
To perform assembly work of a cooling unit after maintenance with less labor in a short time by easily moving a heat insulation case laterally and re-connecting it to a fixed connection body.SOLUTION: In a cooling storage where a cooling unit 2 can be put in/taken out of an apparatus chamber, a heat insulation case 16 of an evaporation apparatus 2B is supported by a support structure 23 so as to move laterally. The heat insulation case 16 connected to a fixed connection body 27 is received by a holding frame 44 so as not to move laterally. The holding frame 44 includes a restriction frame part 47 coming into contact with a step part 30 of the heat insulation case 16, and front and back hook claws 45, 48. After returning the cooling unit 2 after maintenance to an operation position of the apparatus chamber 3, the rear side hook claw 48 of the holding frame 44 is hooked to a rear side frame support body 49b, the heat insulation case 16 is operated so as to move laterally by the leverage of the holding frame 44, and is connected to the fixed connection body 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
