PURPOSE: To offer a sufficient refuge guide indication by allowing loading guests to move carrying emergency lamps with guide devices and indicating whether or not their moving directions are correct as refuge directions.
CONSTITUTION: Code information from a transmitter which is received first by an emergency lamp 14 with a guide device is stored in a memory 9 where code information which is received last time is stored and code information which is received next is stored in a memory 10 where code information being received is stored. A CPU 8 collates those pieces of stored code information with the contents of a memory 11 where the arrangement positions of transmitters are stored according to the code information to decide whether or not the moving directions of the lodging guests (emergency lamp 14 with guide device) are correct as the refuge directions from the change of the received code information, and sends a decision signal to an output part 4 to drive a sounding body 13 and a low frequency vibration generating body 26, thereby inform the guests whether or not their moving directions are correct as the refuge directions. Consequently, each lodging guest is given a proper refuge guidance.
