PURPOSE: To execute sufficient refuse control while ensuring efficiency of transfer loading refuse from a refuse vessel to a refuse collecting vehicle, in a refuse collecting station in a park and the town.
CONSTITUTION: In a refuse vessel storage site 14, its periphery is surrounded by a fence 12, so as to perform in/out getting from a gate 16. A plurality of refuse vessels 20 are placed in the refuse vessel storage site 14 adjacent to the fence 12 corresponding to a kind of refuse. Each refuse vessel 20 is turnably connected to the upper end part of a strut 28 through a turning pin 32, so as to be made capable of riding across to outside the fence 12 by swiveling. A refuse collecting vehicle 36 is brought alongside the refuse vessel 20 outside the fence 12, and the refuse vessel 20 is swiveled in a swivel position above a container 40, to drop down the refuse in the refuse vessel 20 into the container 40.
