PURPOSE: To use the whole quantity of refuse incinerating exhaust heat for power generation by combining a refuse incinerating exhaust heat power generation unit and a gas turbine power generation unit, generating and storing cold heat due to a fluctuation rate of heat quantity of the refuse incinerating exhaust heat, and cooling intake air of a gas turbine by the stored cold heat.
CONSTITUTION: A fluctuation rate of steam flow rate flowing through a system 100 is introduced into a system 104 through a control valve 14 such as a three-way valve. A constant rate of steam is always introduced into the control valve 14 to the system 104, and power is generated stably. Steam branched into the system 104 is adjusted in its pressure and temperature to specified values by means of a temperature and pressure reducer 13. Then it is introduced into an absorption type refrigerator 6a through a system 105. The water introduced into the absorption refrigerator 6a from a cold water bath 12 through a system 205 is reduced in its temperature, introduced into the cold water bath 12 through a system 204, and stored. Air 3000 to be introduced into an air compressor 7 of a gas turbine generation unit is cooled by cold water fed through a system 200 from an intake cooler 12, and then introduced to the air compressor through a system 300.
