Also the refuse incinerator is provided with a incineration amount reducing means 101 for reducing an incineration amount by a mechanism 15 for controlling the incineration amount of refuse in an incinerator 1, in the case where a steam amount which is detected by the steam amount detecting mechanism 12 is larger than a prescribed amount.
