To reduce a manufacturing cost of an outer peripheral blade by re- forming a regenerated tip part for fixing abrasive grains to an outer peripheral part of a used metallic base beard disappearing in a tip part by cutting work.
A tip part 15a slightly remaining in an outer peripheral part of a used outer peripheral blade 11a is ground and removed to expose an outer peripheral part 12b of a metallic base board 12 to be formed as a regenerated outer peripheral blade material 11b. Abrasive grains are newly fixed to this exposed outer peripheral part 12b to re-form a regenerated tip part 15b to complete a regenerated outer peripheral blade 11c. This regenerated outer peripheral blade 11c can be used similarly to a new outer peripheral blade 11. Thus, the new outer peripheral blade 11 and the regenerated outer peripheral blade 11c having an abrasive grain layer B on a side surface can be repeatedly used in the fair number of times.
