Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a polution and an environmental contamination, as well as to reuse a spent engine cooling waste liquid, by reutilizing it without abandonning it as in the conventional way.
CONSTITUTION: By processing a spent engine cooling waste liquid by using an ion exchange resin layer formed by combining a strongly acidic cation exchange resin, and a weakly acidic cation exchange resin or a chelate resin; and an ion exchange resin layer formed by combining a strongly basic anion exchange resin and a weakly basic anion exchange resin; the processing liquid can be reused as an engine cooling liquid.
