Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method and device which can regenerate a filter element by easily removing the foreign-matter in any deep position of a slit of the filter element and any foreign matter.
CONSTITUTION: The filter element 11 of the microslit type for which a regeneration treatment is required is rotated around its central axis and a cleaning blade of a cleaning plate 17 is inserted into the slit of the rotating filter element to mechanically scrap the foreign matter in the slit. A cleaning material is press-fed into the through-holes of the filter element 11 to clean the slits from which the foreign matter is scraped, by which the filter element is regenerated.
