To prevent the lowering of resistance to impact of regenerated plastic by applying a surface modifying agent on a film surface of a resin molded product provided with base resin and a film and then passing the product through a crushing process, a melting and kneading process and a molding process for regeneration.
A chlorinated polyolefin primer solution containing an organic solvent or a silane coupling agent provided with amino, vinyl, epoxy, mercapto, methacryloxy and the like is applied on a bumper with a dried film in a manner of coating thereon. When the product is dried sufficiently in a drier until the organic solvent is removed completely, a polypropylene bumper with a film on which a primer or a coupling agent 4 is firmly bond applied is formed on the film surface on the film on a polypropylene base on which a coating primer 2 and urethane resin 3 are applied. The propylene bumper is crushed by a crusher, melt kneaded and passed through a net, and molded by an extrusion molding machine and cut by a pelletizer device.
