Abstract:

To provide a regeneration method of active carbon by microbubble which is designed to regenerate the adsorption capability of the used active carbon, mainly, an active carbon used for a dry cleaning solvent filter, making good use of the characteristics of microbubble, and a device using this method.

This regeneration device of the active carbon using the microbubble includes a cleaning treatment tank 2 of a cylindrical shape housing a filter container 1 filled with water 6, a support member 3 which supports the filter container 1 in midair inside the cleaning treatment tank 2, a circulation pump 4 for circulating the stored water 6 inside the cleaning treatment tank 2, and a microbubble generator 5 which mixes the circulating water originating from the circulation pump 4 with air to thereby generate the microbubble. The microbubble generator 5 sets the ejection of the microbubble in the circumferential direction of the cleaning treatment tank 2 so as to send the stored water 6 of the tank 2 gyrating.
