Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method and an apparatus for regenerating a deteriorated hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic system, capable of exactly removing deteriorated substances and impurities in a hydraulic fluid in use or after use. SOLUTION: This method for regenerating a deteriorated hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic system comprises firstly adsorbing and removing a phosphoric acid component in the fluid by a phosphoric acid component adsorption apparatus for carrying out an adsorption treatment under <=9.8 kPa pressure loss and then removing impurities while the hydraulic fluid which is recovered in an oil tank and is in use or after use is passed through a circulation line connected to the oil tank. This apparatus for regenerating the deteriorated hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic system comprises the phosphoric acid component adsorption apparatus 4 controlled so as to make a pressure loss <=9.8 kPa and an impurity removal apparatus 5 are successively integrated in series in the circulation line 3 which is connected to the oil tank 1 of the hydraulic system 20 and circulates the hydraulic fluid in use or after use.
