Abstract:
To provide a regeneration method of an ion exchange resin adsorbing a COD component contained in a flue-gas desulfurization wastewater.
The regeneration method of an ion exchange resin comprises as follows. The COD component contained in the flue-gas desulfurization wastewater is made to adsorb in a strong basic anionic ion-exchange resin packed in a packed tower 5, and then a mixed aqueous solution of NaOH and NaCl with a weight ratio(NaOH/NaCl) of 1/10-1/20 is supplied as a regeneration agent to the packed tower 5.
