[Object] To enable efficient regenerative charging to be performed using brake regeneration in a regenerative braking control device that performs regular regeneration and brake regeneration. [Means] A regenerative braking control part 74 comprises a first control part 75, a second control part 76, and a switch control part 77. The first control part 75 controls an assist motor 60 so as to generate a uniform first regenerative braking force BF1. The second control part 76 controls the assist motor 60 so as to generate a gradually increasing second regenerative braking force BF2 when a front brake mechanism 117f shifts from an initial state to a braking state. The switch control part 77 switches to a control performed by the second control part 76 when the brake mechanism shifts from the initial state to the braking state while control is being performed by the first control part 75,
