Abstract:

To provide a regenerative combustion type deodorizing apparatus reducing time and labor required to clean a heat storage body.

This regenerative combustion type deodorizing apparatus is provided with a plurality of heat storage bodies 7 formed by piling up heat storage material blocks 9, 10 passing through gas passages 11, and a combustion chamber 19 communicating with the gas passages 11 of the heat storage bodies. Low temperature gas before deodorized passes through the gas passage of the heat storage body 7 of high temperature, becomes high in temperature to flow into the combustion chamber 19, and is deodorized in the combustion chamber 19. High temperature gas after deodorized passes through the gas passage of the heat storage body of low temperature and is exhausted in a low temperature state. The heat storage body 7 repeats the heat radiating time when its temperature falls by heating the low temperature gas before deodorized, passing through the gas passage 11, and the heat receiving time when its temperature rises being heated by the high temperature gas after deodorized, passing through the gas passage 11. In the heat storage body 7, the block 10 on the inflow side of high temperature gas after deodorized is miniaturized and reduced in weight compared to the other blocks 9, and the miniaturized lightweight block 10 is made detachable and portable.
