To provide a regenerative controller of a work vehicle for not making an operator have a feeling of incompatibility or anxiety on an operation by preventing a difference from being generated in movement performances between the regenerative time of storing kinetic energy in an accumulator as hydraulic energy and the non-regenerative time.
The regenerative controller of a work vehicle includes: an HST circuit 10 for which an HST pump 2 connected to a drive source 1 and an HST motor 3 connected to a wheel 25 are closed by HST pipelines 4A, 4B; a regenerative accumulator 8 for converting the kinetic energy during deceleration to the hydraulic energy, storing, and supplying the stored hydraulic energy to a regenerative motor 7 connected to the drive source 1; a regenerative valve 9 for connecting the HST pipelines 4A, 4B and the regenerative accumulator 8; and a controller 20 for variably controlling a motor capacity so that brake torque is the same for the regenerative time and the non-regenerative time in the regenerative time of opening the regenerative valve 9 and storing regenerative hydraulic energy in the regenerative accumulator 8.
