Abstract:
To enable: the satisfaction of customers having actually visited a store to be certainly reflected; everyone to come to the store with confidence; and workers, even though working in the same store, to be properly reflected with differences in individual customer service attitude and working condition thereof.SOLUTION: A registration and evaluation system comprises: a superiority recognition server group (0001) that configures a cloud managed by a superiority recognition business operator who registers and evaluates superior affiliated stores and superior workers; business operator terminals (0002) such as personal computers managed by business operators in stores (superior affiliated stores) subjected to superiority recognition; worker terminals (0003) such as smart phones of workers working under the respective business operators; customer terminals (0004) such as smart phones of respective customer receiving provision of products or services in the affiliated stores; and display devices (0005) that each display that the store of the business operator is the affiliated store having received the superior recognition, at a storefront.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
