To prevent the interference of a screw lower hole with a shank by regrinding a threading hole and forming a rake cutting edge having a diameter larger than that of the shank, and to reuse the threading tool to lower the cost of the threading tool.
This regrinding method for threading tool enables regrinding of a threading tool 10 having a tip of the three-layered structure with a second layer of the high hard sintered material interposed between a first layer and a third layer of the tool material and with the second layer formed of a narrow band passing through the rotation of the tool and the narrow band formed with a bottom blade and a threading blade and for regrinding the threading tool with following processes for reuse when the threading tool is worn. This regrinding method has a process for regrinding the bottom blade and the threading blade, a process for forming a rake cutting edge having a diameter smaller than that of the threading blade and larger than that of the shank at a depth of the threading blade.
