PURPOSE: To shorten the working time by feeding a sheet material of a length corresponding to a distance between a machining position and the first cutting virtual position located before the machining position, immediately after the completion of the machining, when the distance is the even-numbered times of a first unit length, and then cutting the sheet after feeding the sheet (n) times by a specific length.

CONSTITUTION: A product of a length of odd-numbered times of a first unit length (a), is cut out from a sheet material to be machined, by a cutting blade and a machining blade mounted at a distance of the integral number of times of the first unit length (a) along a material transferring process. On this occasion, the sheet material is fed by this unit length immediately after the completion of the machining, when a distance between a machining position by a machining blade for one product, and a first cutting virtual position before the machining position, is the even-numbered times of the first unit length (a). Then the sheet material of a second unit feeding length (2a) is fed (n) times to be cut by the cutting blade at a next predetermined cutting position. The working time can be shortened by controlling the feeding of the sheet material, and cutting the sheet material by a specific length without moving the machining blade corresponding to the length of the product, as mentioned in the above.
