Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regular winder for a tape-shaped member which has a simple mechanism, requires no sophisticated electronic controller, and capable of switching so as to meet various tape widths.
SOLUTION: An optical sensor 4c detects the slit of a slit disc 4a where the rotational angle of a reel 1 is allotted so as to be symmetrical with regard to 180°, and a crank 7, which permits a guide roller 7 for changing the delivery position of a tape-shaped member to make one reciprocating motion corresponding to the width of the reel 1 by one turn through a link 9, is made to start its rotation. When a slit in the slit disc is detected at which the rotational angle position of the crank is allocated for one reciprocating motion so that the position of the guide roller corresponding to the angular position allocated in a reel angle detecting means may be obtained, the crank 7 is made to stop its rotation.
