PURPOSE: To maintain the enclosure inner pressure preset and prevent bursting of an enclosure and generation of a V notch by installing a pressure detector, water level detector, an air blower, an air intake motor-operated valve or a magnetic valve, an exhaust motor-operated valve or magnetic valve and a controller.
CONSTITUTION: In addition to an air blower 1, a pressure detector 12, water level detectors 23, 24, an air intake motor-operated valve or a magnetic valve 3, an exhaust motor-operated valve or a magnetic valve 25 and a controller 27 are installed. When the inner pressure of an enclosure 10 goes beyond a preset level so that it may expand and rise until a given weir height has been reached and has become less than the designed maximum level (more than the inner pressure which causes a V notch) according to rising outside air temperature, the exhaust motor-operated valve or the like 25 (the air intake motor-operated valve or the like 3) is operated by the signals from the pressure detector 12. Then the enclosure inner pressure is decreased (increased by operating the air blower) to maintain proper enclosure inner pressure automatically through the controller 27.
