A time zone storing portion 311 sets a plurality of time zones inputted from a user, a regulation mode time storing portion 310 stores a regulation continuation time (return time) obtained from a regulation executed and a return from the regulation per time zone set. A control portion 304 acquires a start time of the regulation mode by a regulation instruction from the user, specifies a time zone including the start time, acquires the regulation continuation time according to the time zone specified from the regulation mode time storing portion 310 and controls to return from the regulation mode to the standby mode after this regulation continuation time. After the regulation continuation time according to the start time of the regulation mode, the mode is returned from the regulation mode to the standby mode. Also, even if the start time of the regulation mode changes within the specified time zone, the mode is returned from the regulation mode to the standby mode constantly after a fixed regulation continuation time.
