To provide a regulator valve device storing a fuel filter having a sufficient capacity in a housing and preventing clogging of a regulator valve.
This regulator valve device includes: the regulator valve 11 provided with a valve cylinder 30 having one end formed with a valve hole 31 and the other end formed with a release hole 37, and a valve element 33 opening/closing the valve hole 31 according to a pressure change in the valve hole 31 and releasing pressure of the valve hole 31 to the release hole 37 when the valve hole is opened; and a synthetic resin housing 10 storing and retaining the regulator valve 11. The housing 10 is formed with an inlet passage 17a, an outlet passage 18a and a return passage 19a. The housing 10 is provided with a filter chamber 15 surrounded by the valve hole 31, inlet passage 17a and outlet passage 18a, and a fuel filter 40 filtering fuel flowing from the inlet passage 17a to the valve hole 31 is mounted in the filter chamber 15.
