To solve the conventional problem in which instruments for rehabilitation or muscle measurement of a person with reduced foot and low back muscles such as a person in a wheelchair are rare.
In the rehabilitation machine, a care-receiver gets on the machine as in a wheelchair, and a caregiver puts a double-bottom athletic shoe F exclusive for rehabilitation at a tip of a balance flat square bar D on the foot of the care-receiver. A reel DR and a weight EW are disposed at a tip of the bar which is symmetric to the shoe, and a thread TBW of the reel is connected to a belt TB at the knee joint of the care-receiver while being wound on a pulley SSk which is located above. The thread TBW, the balance flat square bar D and the foot are continuously connected in a circular shape, and the care-receiver is stood while being suspended in a suspending water bath VX, whereby the care-receiver can step using his/her own foot muscles by the weight EW of the continued circle.
