To provide a building which is excellent in heat insulation, enables warmth of wood to be felt, is capable of demonstrating strength of reinforced concrete, and is capable of suppressing a construction cost more than a reinforced concrete structure.
An outer wall 14 made of reinforced concrete is integrated with an outer surface of a wooden building 12 through: a foundation construction step of constructing a foundation having a rising part; a wooden structure step of constructing the wooden building 12 whose outer surface is formed on an upper side of the rising part by a rigid plate 12b having a hollow structure; a bar arrangement step of, after sticking the rigid plate 12b in the wooden structure step, arranging a reinforcing bar 13 along the rigid plate 12b on an outer side of the rigid plate 12b; a mold form installation step of erecting a mold form 20 on the outer side of the reinforcing bar 13 after the arrangement step is ended; a concrete injection step of pouring concrete 14 into a gap between the rigid plate 12b and the mold form 20; and a concrete curing step of curing the concrete 14. The rigid plate 12b used as an inner frame is left as it is even after completion.
