Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the strength of a beam end.
CONSTITUTION: A beam joint bracket 20 consists of an enclosing board 24 which envelops post head concrete and a steel material 21 which is intersected crosswise in the central part of the enclosing board 24 and the bracket is fixed with the upper end of a temporary steel material 11 The end of a precast concrete beam 30 is jointed with the tip of the steel material 21 of the beam joint bracket 20 and post main reinforcing bars 12 are penetrated around the steel material 21 of the temporary steel post 11 and inside the closing board 24. Beam reinforcing bars 25 are laid out around the steel material 21 of the beam joint bracket 20 and jointed with beam reinforcing bars 31 on the side of the precast concrete beam 30. A post form 13 is assembled outside the post main reinforcing bars 12 into which concrete is placed so that the beam joint bracket 20 may be buried in the concrete.
